Terms of Service

Welcome to SheetKitty. By installing, accessing, or using the SheetKitty Google Sheets add-on ("Add-on") or any associated services, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

Final Authority: SheetKitty retains sole and absolute discretion over all matters relating to these Terms, including but not limited to interpretation, enforcement, dispute resolution, refunds, account termination, and feature availability. SheetKitty's decisions are final and binding in all cases.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the SheetKitty Add-on, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using SheetKitty on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SheetKitty is a Google Workspace Add-on designed to extend the functionality of Google Sheets. The Add-on operates within your Google account environment and provides automation, data processing, and workflow tools. SheetKitty is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

3. License & Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, SheetKitty grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Add-on for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not:

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Add-on or any component thereof
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Add-on
Use the Add-on to build a competing product or service
Automate access to the Add-on in ways that circumvent subscription limits
Use the Add-on for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google's Terms of Service

4. Account & Subscription

Access to SheetKitty requires a valid subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. SheetKitty offers Monthly and Annual subscription plans. Pricing, billing cycles, and available plans are as listed on the SheetKitty website at the time of purchase.

SheetKitty reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect for existing subscribers.

5. Refund Policy

SheetKitty, at its sole discretion, may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis. No refund is guaranteed. All refund decisions are final. To request a refund, contact admin@sheetkitty.com.

6. Data & Privacy

SheetKitty operates within your Google account environment. The Add-on does not transfer, store, or process your spreadsheet data on SheetKitty's servers. All computations occur within your Google environment. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Add-on — including all software, logos, trademarks, and content — are and remain the exclusive property of SheetKitty. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by SheetKitty without obligation or compensation, unless a separate written agreement exists.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Add-on is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SheetKitty does not warrant that the Add-on will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce any specific results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheetKitty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Add-on. SheetKitty's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

SheetKitty may suspend or terminate your access to the Add-on at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, at its sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the Add-on immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Modifications to Terms

SheetKitty reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the SheetKitty website. Continued use of the Add-on after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. SheetKitty's interpretation of any provision of these Terms is final.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting admin@sheetkitty.com. SheetKitty's decision in any dispute resolution process is final and binding.
