Kanban Flow
A full visual task board built directly into Google Sheets — drag cards, track progress, manage your team, and keep everything in sync. No external tools. No subscriptions. Your data stays in your spreadsheet.

Install from Marketplace
Open Google Sheets → Extensions → Add-ons → Get add-ons. Search Kanban Flow by SheetKitty and install.
Initialize the Board
Click the 📋 Kanban Flow menu → 🚀 Initialize. This creates your data sheets, sample projects, and team members.
Set Your Password
Go to the Config sheet and update the Admin Password cell before sharing the Sheet with your team.
Open & Share
Click 🌐 Open Board. Share the Google Sheet with teammates — they open the same board from the same menu, no setup needed.
Five columns represent each stage of your workflow. Cards move left to right as work progresses.
First-time setup takes under two minutes. After that, anyone with access to the Sheet can open the board instantly.

Checklists with progress
Up to 5 checklist items per card. Progress bars on every card update in real-time as items are ticked off.
Comments
Team members can comment on any card. Comments are stored directly in the Sheet — nothing is lost between sessions.
Labels & priorities
Tag cards with labels (Dev, Design, Bug, Research…) and set priorities (Critical, High, Medium, Low) with colour-coded slivers.
Due dates
Due dates turn yellow when approaching and red when overdue — right on the card face without opening it.
Dark & light mode
Toggle between a dark and light theme at any time. Your preference is respected for the session.
Auto-sync to Sheet
Every card change is automatically written back to your Google Sheet. No manual saves, no data loss.
The board syncs automatically. The status indicator in the filter bar tells you exactly what is happening.
